When can I expect to receive my order?

The estimated shipping of orders are as follows:

  • Metro Manila and Luzon areas: 3 to 5 days
  • Visayas and Mindanao areas: 5 to 7 days

What are your available methods of payments?

We accept Credit and Debit Cards, E-wallet and Cash on Delivery.

Are your watches authentic?

We are the official distributor of all the brands available on our website.

We guarantee that all the watches you shop on Urban Time and its retail stores are 100% authentic.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, a 6-month warranty is included in all purchases. It covers all manufacturing defects within 6 months from the original date of purchase.

I have a concern with my order. How can I contact you?

We’re so sorry to hear that you may have received the wrong product, or that your item may be damaged.

Please message us on our official Facebook page (Urban Time) with your nameorder numberdetails of the concern, and photos of the incorrect/damaged item. We’ll get you taken care of right away.

Where else can I shop your watches?

You may purchase our watches through the following e-commerce platforms: LazMallShopee MallTiktok Shop and ZALORA.

We are available offline at The SM Store, Robinsons Department Store, Rustan's, Metro Gaisano, Landers Superstore, and S&R. Check our store locator to find the nearest branch in your area.

You may also visit Coach located at Level 2, City Center, SM North EDSA.

How can I get my watch repaired?

For any repairs or concerns, you may have them checked and repaired at any watch repair and service counter in The SM Store.

You may also message us directly on our official Facebook page to coordinate your concerns.

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help.

Contact us on our official Facebook page as soon as you notice your error. Let us know what you would like to change along with your name and order number. Kindly note that changes to your order are subject to the team's review and approval.

What are your operating hours?

Our working hours are from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (PST) on Mondays to Fridays only.

Offline retail stores follow the operating hours of the respective mall management.
