Urban Time reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or remove any users from our system at our sole discretion.

The estimated delivery time for Metro Manila and Luzon areas are 3 to 5 days. As for Visayas and Mindanao, the estimated lead time is 5 to 7 days.
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
All products sold on this website (www.urbantime.ph), including promotions and sale items, are exempt from refunds, returns and/or exchanges, unless proven to have been received with a defect or damage.
Freebies and/or samples are given on an as-is where-is basis and are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges.
We sincerely apologize if you've received a product that is not up to standard. Allow us to exchange your defective product for the same kind in a good condition. To start this process, kindly send us a message to our official Facebook Page with your name, order number, details of the concern, and photos of the incorrect/damaged item. We’ll get you taken care of right away.

All approved returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please return the watch in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, and any other materials that came with the watch.
To return an item, please contact us on our official Facebook page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be as accurate.

Unless you cancel your order, your order will be considered valid upon completion of the packing of the order. The contract between you and Urban Time will be completed once we dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order at our own discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, fraud, shipping restrictions, payment authorization or if the said product is out of stock.
Urban Time operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Keeping Items in your cart doesn’t guarantee availability of product.
All prices on our website are inclusive of government-imposed taxes. If you have placed an order for a product whose price was posted incorrectly, we reserve the right to either not process or cancel the said order. You will be notified of such error via email.
